Appellant, Marcus Corwin, contends that the trial court erred in relieving appellees, Cristal Mizner's Preserve Limited Partnership, Hearthstone, Inc., Sterling Communities, Inc., and Paul Asfahl, from certain obligations under a mediated settlement agreement.
