Defendant-Appellant Joseph Ramirez pled guilty to armed bank robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) & (d), and using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c). He was sentenced to 60 months and 84 months respectively, to be served consecutively, and consecutively to a state court sentence now being served. He was also sentenced to five years supervised...
