Defendant/Appellant, John Tracy, appeals his conviction and sentence for illegal felony gambling. For the following reasons, we affirm.

On May 19, 1999, the St. James Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging defendant, John Tracy, with felony illegal gambling, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:90(A)(2), which occurred on or about October 24, 1998.
