BECKER J.:

Appellant James L. Nollette claims his guilty plea was constitutionally infirm and his counsel was ineffective because he was not advised that, as a result of his conviction: (1) he would be required to register as a sex offender; and (2) he could lose his professional licenses. We hold that the requirement to register as a sex offender and the potential loss of a professional license are collateral consequences of a guilty plea...
