[¶ 1] Jack M. Conner and Nancy L. Conner (the Conners) owned twenty acres of land near Alcova Reservoir burdened by an easement to Natrona County for a water system for the reservoir's recreational facilities. The parties discovered in 1997 that portions of the system were outside the easement boundaries.
