David Peters brought this action against General Service Bureau, Inc. (GSB), under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. (FDCPA), alleging that GSB had sent him a false, misleading, and coercive collection letter. The district court2 granted GSB summary judgment and denied Peters' motion to alter or amend the judgment. Peters appeals, and we affirm.
