We have for review the decision in Hyundai Motor Co. v. Ferayorni, 795 So.2d 126 (Fla. 4th DCA 2001), which certified conflict with the Third District Court of Appeal's decision in Nash v. General Motors Corp., 734 So.2d 437 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999). Subsequently, we approved, in part, the Third District's decision in Nash. See D'Amario v. Ford Motor Co.,
