This action arises out of an arrangement plaintiff Rusty Eck Ford-Mercury Corp. of Leavenworth ("Rusty Eck") alleges it had to sell cars to defendants American Custom Coachworks, Ltd., ("American Coachworks") and Jay Meyers, American Coachworks' President, who, in turn, converted them into limousines to be resold. Plaintiff filed suit against defendants alleging that defendants sold limousines to customers...
