Appellant Larry Heier appeals by leave granted the trial court's order denying his motion to intervene in this matter. In November 2000, the trial court terminated the parental rights of Deborah Weber and Robert Rivard to Weber's three children, including the child at issue, C.A.W. Weber was married to Rivard at the time of the child's conception and birth; however, at various times during the proceedings, it was admitted that Rivard may not be the father...
