BOURCIER, Justice.

In this appeal, the State Department of Transportation seeks review of a Superior Court final judgment confirming an arbitrator's award in favor of Aetna Bridge Company, and appeals from the denial of its motion to vacate that award. Because the record is incomplete, we are unable to decide the issues presented on appeal.1 Consequently, we remand the matter to the Superior Court for further proceedings...
