In 1985, Ernest L. Parker, William C. Davis, Logan Nichols and Richard Barnett allegedly entered into a partnership for the purchase and operation of Campbell Wells Corporation (hereinafter "CWC"), an oilfield disposal company. Each partner purchased 1,875 shares of CWC stock. These individuals also entered into an equal partnership in CAMPCO, making them owners of certain immovable property used in connection with the oilfield
