("Plaintiff"), conservator of the estate of Samuel Jay Ramsey ("Ramsey"), against Stevens for personal injuries Ramsey sustained in a vehicle/bicycle collision. Stevens asserts the trial court erred by submitting a jury instruction that included excessive speed among its disjunctive submissions...
