The application for leave to appeal from the July 12, 2002, decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), we REVERSE the decision of the Board of Canvassers, which considered the second complaint challenging the validity of the nominating petitions in this case.
