This is a workers' compensation case. The workers' compensation judge ("WCJ") awarded penalties due to late payment of medical bills. The WCJ also ordered that the claimant employee be examined by a particular physician as to whether she needed knee surgery and, if the physician recommends surgery, that the employer pay for that surgery. The employer appeals. We affirm in part, reverse in part...
