This is an appeal from a decision of the Court of Chancery which determined that the trustees of a large inter vivos trust had breached their fiduciary duties by ignoring the interests of a beneficiary. By way of a remedy, the court ordered a make-up distribution to the petitioner, surcharged the trustees, and removed certain of the trustees. The court rejected the beneficiary...
