Plaintiff appeals from a judgment granting defendants the right, under an implied agreement, for the exclusive maintenance of a disputed strip of land and also an award for damages to the same strip of land. Defendants Wayne and Elaine Anderson cross-appeal from the portion of the judgment that rejected their adverse possession claim to the strip of land and quieted title in plaintiff.
