Kurt McRae Watkins, appellant, was convicted of forgery, uttering a forgery, and petit theft. Appellant raises four issues on appeal. He first argues that the trial court erred in denying his Motion for Judgment of Acquittal on the forgery charge as the State failed to prove the essential elements of the charge.
