Stewart Pullin appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial following his conviction by a jury of malice murder, felony murder, voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, and burglary. Because the jury convicted him of every crime on the verdict form, including voluntary manslaughter, the lesser included crime of the two murder counts, Pullin was sentenced for voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, and burglary.
