NEUMANN, Justice.

[¶ 1] William Bender and Larry Young appealed a judgment and two amended judgments in their action against Torkildson Properties, Inc.; Beverly Anne, Inc.; and David L. Torkildson. We conclude Bender was not entitled to a mechanic's lien and we affirm the original judgment. Except for a cost award, we conclude Beverly Anne, Inc., was not entitled to the affirmative relief granted in the amended judgments, and we reverse the amended judgments...
