A jury convicted the defendant, Edward Irvin Harris, of two counts of first degree murder and sentenced him to death for the deaths of Tamyra Frazier and Mister Gordon. This is a direct appeal from that conviction and sentence. La. Const. art. V, § 5(D)(2).
