Roger Tackett appeals his convictions of six counts of aggravated child molestation, five counts of child molestation, and three counts of cruelty to children in the first degree. Two of the three victims were brother and sister, aged twelve and nine, respectively, at the time of trial, and the third was a male neighbor, who was fifteen at the time of trial.
