Defendant, Noel Duquestrada, appeals his conviction and sentence for a violation of La.R.S. 40:967(C). We affirm as follows.

Duquestrada was charged with one count of possession of cocaine, and after initially entering a plea of not guilty, a motion to suppress the evidence was heard and denied. Subsequently, Duquestrada withdrew his former plea and entered a plea of guilty as charged, pursuant to State v. Crosby,1...
