Plaintiff, Barbara Paquette, appeals from the trial court's order dismissing her claims for wrongful discharge, violation of Title VII, and unpaid wages.

The dismissal was based on lack of subject matter jurisdiction under Rule 12(b)(1) of the North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, lack of jurisdiction over the person under Rule 12(b)(2), and failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted under Rule 12(b)(6). For the reasons herein...
