¶ 1. This case comes from the Circuit Court of Oktibbeha County, Honorable Lee J. Howard presiding. Roy Frank Montgomery was found guilty by a jury of two counts of the sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced to a ten-year and six-year consecutive sentence in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
