Police found approximately two kilograms of cocaine and a .9mm semi-automatic handgun in a home Veronica Pena-Sarabia shared with her husband. After the district court denied her motion to suppress evidence, Ms. Pena-Sarabia entered a conditional guilty plea to possession with intent to distribute the cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
