ORDER

KARLTON, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiffs sue the Governor of the State of California, and various state correctional officials for allegedly maintaining parole revocation procedures which violate the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.1 Plaintiffs now move for partial summary judgment on their claim that the State's unitary parole revocation hearing system is unconstitutional.2
