POSNER, Circuit Judge.

The appellant, Best, is a lawyer who represented the plaintiffs in this suit under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. The plaintiffs prevailed in the district court, and the judge ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiffs attorneys' fees and costs of almost $50,000. This was done, and the money was turned over to Best. We reversed the district court's judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, see 237 F.3d 813
