Thomas Bettcher and Brenda Bettcher, his wife, appeal the final summary judgment entered against them in their personal injury action arising from an automobile accident. We affirm the final judgment as to Thomas Bettcher because the trial court properly ruled that Mr. Bettcher had released all claims he may have had against Jason Walker Wadsworth.
