Defendant Norman Lee Harris appeals his convictions for crack cocaine distribution in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). Harris argues that his sentence violates Apprendi v. New Jersey, 530 U.S. 466, 120 S.Ct. 2348, 147 L.Ed.2d 435 (2000), that there was not sufficient evidence for the jury...
