Christopher Lamor Miller, appellee, was charged in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime.
