¶ 1. Donald Henry was indicted on five counts of touching a child for lustful purposes by the Circuit Court of Chickasaw County. Prior to trial, the counts were severed and the State proceeded to trial on count five, sexual battery. Henry was convicted of this charge by a jury of his peers and was sentenced to serve a term of twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections...
