EOG Resources, Inc. ("EOG") brings this interlocutory appeal of the trial court's temporary injunction order, which enjoins EOG from proceeding to an administrative hearing before the Texas Railroad Commission ("Commission"). In three issues, EOG asserts that the trial court abused its discretion. We reverse the trial court's order.
