Defendant, Alexander Whidden, appeals from the trial court's order denying his Crim P. 35(c) motion. We affirm.

On October 29, 2000, defendant began serving three years of mandatory parole. Defendant provided urine samples on October 3 and December 6, 2000, both of which tested negative for controlled substances.
