The juvenile court terminated the parental rights of the biological parents of K.M. pursuant to Iowa Code section 232.116(1)(f) and (i) (Supp.2001). The Iowa Court of Appeals affirmed the termination order, finding clear and convincing evidence that the requirements of section 232.116(1)(i) were met.
