In the fall of 1999, the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility attempted to investigate a complaint filed by one of respondent's clients. In an untimely reply, respondent acknowledged his failure to communicate with his client and attend to the case, however respondent failed to respond to subsequent requests for information.
