Brenda Jaros brought this Title VII action against her former employer, LodgeNet Entertainment Corp. A jury found that Jaros had been sexually harassed by her supervisor, a senior LodgeNet executive, and that she was constructively discharged when the company failed to respond adequately to her complaints.
