This case arose from an alleged car accident between Ms. Arlene Normand and Mr. David Ratcliff, occurring on July 20, 1998, in Alexandria, Louisiana. The trial court determined that Mr. Ratcliff and his guest passenger, Ms. Mary Ann Rubin, the Plaintiffs, failed to meet their burden of proving that an accident ever occurred. They appeal, and we affirm.
