Press ("Press") brings this action against Harvey and Janet Raether ("the Raethers") under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, seeking a declaratory judgment that the Raethers' claims against him are non-arbitrable and a permanent injunction preventing the Raethers from arbitrating such claims against him.
