The labor union in this case sought the release of employee information from the school board under the Louisiana Public Records Law, La. R.S. 44:1 et seq. The trial court denied the union's request for the addresses and telephone numbers of employees pursuant to the legislative exemption under La. R.S. 44:11(A).
