John L. Baker appeals from the postconviction court's denial of his pro se petition for post-conviction relief. Upon appeal, he seeks review upon the following grounds, which we renumber and restate as:

(1) whether his guilty plea was entered into knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently;

(2) whether the trial court followed the guilty plea agreement in sentencing; and
