INTRODUCTION

William D. Miller appeals from a district court order that affirmed his conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI), third offense. On appeal, Miller alleges that the trial court erred in finding that a prior DUI conviction in Iowa was a valid conviction for the purpose of enhancement under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 60-6,196 (Cum.Supp.2000).
