Plaintiff Mary O'Neill appeals as of right from an order awarding her attorney fees, costs, and interest pursuant to M.C.L. § 15.364, § 4 of the Whistleblowers' Protection Act (WPA), M.C.L. § 15.361 et seq. Plaintiff disputes the amount of the award. Plaintiff also appeals as of right from a subsequent order awarding defendants attorney fees and costs as mediation sanctions pursuant to MCR 2.403(O).
