Plaintiff retained defendant L. Bogdanow and Associates, Architects (hereinafter the architects) to design her residence in Columbia County. On defendant Lawrence Bogdanow's recommendation, plaintiff contracted with defendant Samuel D. Reichelt to construct the residence.
