The defendants, Bluff Head Corporation and its principal shareholder, Philemon T. Marvell, M.D. (collectively, Bluff Head), have appealed a summary judgment that granted specific performance of a deed's parking easement to the plaintiff, The Sakonnet Point Marina Association, Inc.
