A jury found John Ivey guilty of armed robbery. Ivey's motion for new trial was denied. On appeal, he contends that the trial court erred in refusing to excuse a certain juror for cause and in denying his motion for mistrial based on juror misconduct. He also challenges the sufficiency of the evidence. Because the record reveals that the trial court erred in its refusal to excuse the juror, we reverse.
