{¶ 1} On July 10, 2001, appellant, Prince Charles Cotten Sr., filed a complaint for writs of prohibition and procedendo in the Court of Appeals for Franklin County. Appellees, Richard E. Fitzpatrick and Sandra Crocket Mack, moved to dismiss.
