The defendant, David M. Kirsch, was charged by bill of information with indecent behavior with juveniles, a violation of La. R.S. 14:81. He pled not guilty. Upon a trial by jury, the defendant was found guilty as charged. The trial court imposed a sentence of seven (7) years imprisonment at hard labor, but suspended three (3) years of the sentence.
