The State of Florida appeals an order granting defendant Leonard Taylor's motion to suppress statements and evidence. We affirm.

Taylor was charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling and grand theft. Defense counsel filed a motion to suppress evidence seized and statements made following Taylor's arrest.
