¶ 1 Appellant, M.P., appeals from the decree terminating her parental rights to C.G., her son. She challenges whether the petitioner satisfied its burden of proof in establishing the grounds for termination. While the merits of Appellant's issues are unremarkable, we find noteworthy the novel issue presented by a recent amendment to the Orphans' Court Rules governing exceptions in termination proceedings, which calls into question the timeliness...
