This is an appeal from an order of the Ramsey County District Court denying petitioner Moises Vidal Robledo-Kinney's petition for postconviction relief. Robledo-Kinney (Kinney) was convicted of one count of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder, and one count of kidnapping for the kidnapping and murder of Joshua James Christenson.
